Organizational and administrative skills - controlling commitments, plans, timelines, resources, priorities, and meetings, solving problems and finding solutions
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time
Good communication skills, the ability to work in a team, negotiate with the team and the customer
Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them
Analytical mind
Systems analytics experience is a plus
Technical background - you need to know such terms as databases, frontend, backend, API, etc.
